Shipping policy
All orders ship from the Sunshine Coast, Australia. We use Australian Post to ship world wide. All shipments are tracked. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is fulfilled.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
AusPost Standard typically takes 1-4 business days to arrive once you receive your shipping tracking. AusPost Express is overnight to most locations. Australian domestic shipments do not require a signature. All prices in AUD.
- AusPost Standard - $12 - no insurance
- AusPost Express- $16 - no insurance
- AusPost Insured - $20 - insurance included
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping typically takes 7-14 days to arrive excluding any time for customs entry. International Express takes approximately 4-7 days worldwide. International shipments by default do not require a signature on delivery. It is the discretion of the carrier if a signature is required or not.
- International Standard - $20 - no insurance.
- International Standard Insured Signature - $30 - insurance included, signature required at time of delivery.
- International Express - $35 - no insurance.
TAXES, IMPORT AND DUTY FEES
CUPCKE apparel is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur. We are unable to mark orders as “gift” or “sample” to lessen duty charges.
MISSING SHIPMENTS
Once an order ships it’s out of our hands. The first step is to track your package via your shipping confirmation email. The second step is to contact your local carrier with the tracking number. Once the shipment arrives into your country, your government carrier is responsible for the delivery.

The carrier will be able to provide exact delivery details of the package. If this fails to provide the answers you are looking for please contact us at support@cupcke.com and we will figure out next steps with you. We encourage you to select the additional insurance option when choosing your shipping method. Without this there is no recourse for lost or damage shipments.
RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If you are unable to collect your shipment or it is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the full reshipping fee.
