The discount offered is applicable for replacing the damaged item within the same product group. This is a like for like item. For example, if a cycle jersey is damaged, a discount will be applicable for one cycle jersey.

Crash replacement is valid for 12 months from time of purchase. General wear and tear is not eligible for coverage.
