Step one Complete your membership. Your place on the 2027 team is confirmed when you’ve completed your team membership order in the team store. The annual team membership intake closes on Thursday 24th September. There is no second team membership intake for the year, but there are two opportunities to order team issue apparel. Ordering your apparel by the 24th means that your kit goes into the first production run, ready for the start of 2027. The team store will re-open in February for those racing in the second half of the year. Women’s team store → Men’s team store → Don’t forget Your AUD $50 apparel credit CARTEL27 Enter it at checkout. The code activates once your cart holds your membership plus $50 of apparel. Add both, then apply the code. The store shows prices in your local currency, so you’ll see the equivalent applied at checkout.

Step two Get your sizing right. The size guide has full measurements for every piece in the range. Check it before you order rather than after. Step three What happens next. Join Cupcake Chat 2027. This is where the team actually lives day to day: race plans, training talk, and the people you’ll be standing next to at the tent. Once you’ve completed and purchased your membership, request to join. We’ll start approving people from Monday 21 September.
